From President & CEO
AseanPlus Consulting provides public consulting services to governments and international organizations in Asian countries and Japan, as well as any information necessary for international business expansion and infrastructure business in the Asian region.
ASEAN is growing dynamically with areal expansion, developing the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) and boosting connectivity within ASEAN. Nevertheless, ASEAN continues to face political and economic instability.
Our firm support our clients who are looking to expand their business in Asia by using our unique access to Asian governments and strength in collecting/analyzing information.
We provide public consulting services to international organizations and national governments, by examining country and political risks and the ever-changing competitive environment.
From Special Advisor
With a population of over 600 million - relatively young and rapidly expanding - the ASEAN region is expected to see a significant rise in the middle class and an increase in urbanization to 60%. It remains a region with immense potential for further growth.
To achieve sustainable, inclusive, creative, and environmentally friendly economic growth within the region, an enormous annual investment of at least USD 800 billion in infrastructure is required. Moreover, investment in not only hard infrastructure, but also soft infrastructure, is essential.
In this context, Japan’s accumulated technologies, expertise, and systems - particularly in production technology and productivity enhancement, environmental solutions, robotics, advanced pharmaceuticals and medical care, as well as high-tech agriculture, fisheries, and food manufacturing - can play a vital role in contributing to ASEAN’s development.
Moreover, as ASEAN has already transitioned into a single market, both government policies and corporate regional strategies are entering a new phase, calling for enhanced regional collaboration policies and innovative initiatives.
To meet these evolving needs, I hope to contribute to the region’s development by fully leveraging ASEAN-Japan networks, while supporting both public policy initiatives and corporate regional expansion strategies.
